Yes, I offer online counselling sessions via Teams and Zoom. This allows me to support my clients in both regional and city areas. It also saves you travel time and allows you to work with me from the privacy of your own home.
The number of counselling sessions required varies for each individual.
Absolutely. Your discussions, whether online or in person, are 100% confidential. Exceptions include situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, court requests, or if you provide written consent for information sharing.
The first session includes a welcoming conversation, administrative details, a discussion on confidentiality, exploration of your concerns, background information, assessment of current functioning, and goal setting.
Certainly, I encourage family or partner involvement in the counselling process if you wish.
Payment is required prior to each session via direct deposit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, your payment can be used as credit for your next session. I understand that life happens, and I aim to provide flexibility in such situations.
